My son loves chicken pot pie. Actually, I do too. Then again, I'm a huge fan of comfort food. I also love a good easy recipe when I don't have to make the crust. I'm not into baking enough to make a homemade pie crust. Anyway, this is also a good way to get your kids to eat their veggies. Thanks to my cousin who introduced me to this simple recipe. I made it with the Tenderflake deep dish pie crusts and it turned out perfect. I followed the recipe exactly. I made this a few times and every time it's a winner. It's also wonderful for a cold night and so easy to prepare. Anyone craving for chicken pot pie now? :) Have a wonderful weekend. Hope the sun is shining where you live!
Do you like chicken pot pie? Do you like the puff pastry or pie crust?

You know what, I don't eat chicken pot pie very often but this definitely made me want some! This looks so good and perfectly homemade. Yum! Have a great weekend :)

Also, YES I would definitely recommend Blo! They like to backcomb (a lot) so just specify how much volume you'd like, and what kind of style you'd like. My favourite is just a regular blo out with relaxed curls... always glamourous and sexy!

I love chicken pot pie! It's one of my favorite dishes, and I had no idea you could make it at home....from scratch!
Wow! To tell you the truth I never baked a pie before.. but make it look so easy and I can always buy the ready made crust, right?
Thanks for sharing, JO!
