Okay, now it's time for self help 101. Just kidding. I love self help, but I'm not a self help junkie or addict. I'm a very practical and realistic person. Needless to say, my favorite topic is discussing about life. I read self help books, blogs, and even attended many self help seminars. My favorite authors are Eckhart Tolle and Thich Nhat Hanh. I also adore Oprah. I've watched every Lifeclass episodes.
I strongly believe people should have more faith in themselves. I'm sure you all heard that when you change your beliefs you change your destiny. I'm so grateful for what I've today is because I only believe good things happen to me. If this is hard to do, I suggest you should change your self limited beliefs which you can do by monitoring your self talk. Do you put yourself down a lot? Do you feel like a failure? Once you have identified them you need to develop plans to change them. Also what really help me is to stay away from people who discourage you and surround yourself with positive people.
I honestly do believe love conquers all. I believe love is a powerful thing. I believe when you love someone enough, you can get through any situations. I learned in my emotional intelligence class that true love can not be found. It can only be developed. It took me a while to understand this message. Okay, I'm getting a bit sappy now, I seriously can go on and on, but I'm sure you guys don't want to read about it. Bottom line is always believe that something wonderful is going to happen and if something goes wrong, remember this too shall pass. By the way, do you guys like my outfit today? Have a wonderful Wednesday!

Rings: Blue Ruby (love these too)
I have a slight obsession with dainty thin rings lately, which is weird because I usually like chunky jewelry. I guess it's the words on the rings that made me fall in love with them. Sorry, I know you guys probably can't see it, but it does say "believe" and "love". I purposely chosen these two words because I have a strong conviction in them.
