My ultimate comfort food is lasagna. Who doesn't love lasagna? It's one of the most popular Italian dishes in the world. I made lasagna numerous times but haven't came across a really good recipe until this one. This is the best lasagna I've ever made hands down. I love how she used turkey rather than the traditional beef. As usual, I tweaked this recipe to my desire. I didn't add in the goat cheese since my boys are not a fan of them, but I'm sure the goat cheese will add some depth to the flavor. I added in frozen spinach to the ricotta cheese because I can't imagine not eating lasagna without spinach. I love this recipe and it has become my family go-to lasagna recipe. It was even better the next day. Why does food always taste better the next day? Lol.
Are you a lasagna lover too? Will you give this a try?
